Zeigi is an intelligent career discovery and profile management platform, designed to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), semantic matching, and a dynamic Adaptive Profile to connect you with professional opportunities. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zeigi. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Zeigi.
2. Your Adaptive Profile and Data Ownership
2.1. The Adaptive Profile
Your profile on Zeigi is a Dynamic Adaptive Profile, which is a living, evolving entity that continuously learns from your interactions (searches, views, saves) and integrated data sources to optimize your professional representation.
2.2. Absolute Data Ownership, Control, and No Sale (The Zeigi Principle)
You retain absolute and full ownership of all content, data, and information that you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("Your Data"), including the Master Profile. Zeigi claims no ownership rights over Your Data.
Zeigi acts as a data custodian, facilitating its storage and display according to your instructions. You are the sole entity authorized to grant or revoke access to Your Data to third parties (such as recruiters, educational institutions, or other services) via Zeigi's permission controls.
Zeigi will never sell, rent, or lease Your Data to any third party for marketing, advertising, or data brokerage purposes. Our commitment is to serve the individual, not corporate interests.
2.3. Static Documents
You may upload static documents (e.g., traditional résumés, CVs, certificates). These documents are integrated into your Adaptive Profile for enrichment, but they remain your property and are subject to the same privacy and access controls as Your Data.
3. Third-Party Platform Integration and Data Import
3.1. Connection and Authorization
The Zeigi Service allows you to connect and import data from third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, learning management systems, or certification bodies) into your Master Adaptive Profile. By connecting these platforms, you grant Zeigi's AI Butler (defined below) the express, revocable authority to:
Access and import your profile data from the authorized third-party platform.
Monitor and sync changes or updates from the third-party platform to ensure your Master Adaptive Profile remains current.
Export approved, verified updates from your Master Adaptive Profile back to connected third-party platforms, as directed by you or your explicit consent to the AI Butler's suggestions.
3.2. Data Synchronization and Verification
You acknowledge that Zeigi relies on the accuracy of the data provided by these third-party services. Zeigi is not responsible for any inaccuracies or discrepancies arising from external sources. You may disconnect any third-party platform at any time, revoking the AI Butler's authorization to access that data.
4. The AI Agent (AI Butler)
4.1. Role of the AI Butler
The Zeigi AI Butler serves as your intelligent personal agent. Its purpose is to maintain, enrich, and act on your behalf regarding your Adaptive Profile. This includes:
Proactively suggesting profile updates based on life events (e.g., a new certification).
Flagging inconsistencies between your connected accounts.
Generating audience-specific profile summaries (e.g., a "professional view" vs. a "personal view").
Providing personalized insights and recommendations for job opportunities, skill gaps, and learning paths.
4.2. Consent for Automated Action
The AI Butler operates under a consent-first principle. It will only perform automated actions that modify or share Your Data (such as updating multiple social profiles or applying for a job) after securing your explicit, contextual approval, usually via an in-app prompt. You control the level of autonomy the AI Butler exercises.
5. Zeigi Service and Pricing
5.1. Free Access for Individuals
Zeigi is provided free of charge to individual users. There is no subscription fee to create, maintain, or update your Master Profile.
5.2. Revenue Model
Zeigi is sustained through optional, value-added services offered to organizations, businesses, and recruiters who wish to interact with the talent ecosystem. These services do not involve the sale of Your Data.
5.3. Service Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We will strive to provide reasonable notice if we anticipate material changes that affect Your Data or your core ability to use the Service.
6. Privacy, Sharing, and Disclosure
6.1. Contextual Sharing
Zeigi uses a granular Permission Management & Privacy Control system. When you use your Adaptive Profile to interact with a recruiter, employer, or third-party service, the AI Butler will only share the specific data fields required for that interaction, as governed by your set preferences (data minimization).
6.2. Anonymized Data
You agree that Zeigi may use your non-personally identifiable, aggregated, and anonymized data (e.g., skill trends, search patterns) for the purposes of improving the Service, developing new features, and generating market insights. This anonymized data will not contain information that can reasonably be used to identify you.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Zeigi IP
The Service itself, including its features, code, design, and branding (e.g., the name Zeigi, Book of Life), are the property of Zeigi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7.2. Feedback
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Zeigi is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
8. User Responsibilities and Conduct
8.1. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and other credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your credentials.
8.2. Lawful Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activities or to post content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
8.3. Accurate Information and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your Master Profile. Zeigi is not responsible for the accuracy of content posted by users. Furthermore, you agree not to:
Upload or maintain false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading information in your Adaptive Profile.
Interfere with the AI Butler's normal operation or attempt to bypass any consent-based security features.
Infringe upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1. "As Is" Basis and No Professional Guarantee
The Service, including the AI Butler and Adaptive Profile, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Zeigi makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of job matches or skill gap analyses, and makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. Zeigi does not guarantee employment, contracts, or any specific professional outcome by using the Service. Our AI tools provide analysis and recommendations, but all final decisions rest with the user.
9.2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeigi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zeigi is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms
Zeigi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Service or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
