Why We Started
Zeigi started with a simple, frustrating question: why is finding work still stuck in the 1990s?
Our founder watched his daughter struggle through a broken job market — static resumes, endless keyword filters, and platforms that missed her real potential. That personal frustration sparked a mission: build a system that sees people as whole humans, not just strings of buzzwords.
